The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee invites applications for an anticipated tenure track appointment as Assistant Professor of Chinese to begin in the fall of 1992. Applicants should have the Ph.D. by summer of 1992 and some language instruction experience. Native or near-native proficiency in standard Chinese and English required to teach introductory and intermediate level language courses in an expanding program associated with the UW-Milwaukee and Marquette University joint International Studies Center, a DOE sponsored National Resource Center.
