The previous message announcing the availability of Unicode Technical
Reports failed to state the nominal fee to cover printing and distribution
charges. They are 7 US$ per technical report plus 5 US$ for domestic
US Post, or 6 US$ for Airborne Express or UPS. Call for international delivery
charge. For exact cost, contact Stephen Greenfield, the Unicode Office
