Do anyone know of recent papers/dissertations which deal with advertisements of
 various kinds (excluding political advertising) *from a discourse
 analytic-cum-ideological* point of view?

I am urgently looking for a speech database which contains sentences of
Motherese, i.e. utterances of a mother/father to her/his little child.
In addition it would be very convenient for me if the data is phonetic
transcribed. I know that there exists some databases like TIMIT or NTIMIT
which contain various sentences with a phonetic transcription in addition. But
unfortunately they do not fit quiet well to my problem.
