Hello! I would like to have some information concerning the study " The Meaning of English as an International Language in Scientific Research". The information I'd like to get would be as follows: 1. Statistical information - how much is actually published in English (in the whole world)? - the share of the English literature? - the share of the English literature in different regions? - how much is translated from English into foreign languages and on the contrary? 2. Consequences and influences eg. on the level of style - how do different researches adopt the model of English or their own language in relation to style? 3. - which branches of science are most publishing in English and which least? - which branches in their own language? If someone could give answers to some questions or hints to get reliable information I'd be very grateful.
