 TEMPORARY POSITION IN BUDAPEST

The recently established Theoretical Linguistics Program of the Eotvos Lorand
University/Central European University, Budapest, expects to have a
grant to invite temporary lecturers every year. For the second
semester of the coming academic year (February 1--June 30, 1994) we
have the opportunity to invite 1 senior or 2 junior linguists to teach
semantics and/or syntax at our Department. Applicants are required to
have a Ph.D.

The English Department of the Faculty of Letter, Sousse, Tunisia is in need
of two linguistics teachers. They will teach phonetics, phonology,
introduction to general linguistics, descriptive linguistics, and "The
Structure of English." A Ph.D. or M.A. in linguistics is required.
