HIL dissertations is a series which aims at publishing all
dissertations coming out of the Holland Institute of
Generative Linguistics (HIL). HIL offers a graduate
program in generative linguistics and is a joint
enterprise of the Free University in Amsterdam, Leiden
University, and the University of Amsterdam. The series
will contain dissertations in all fields of generative
linguistics.

Prices are as follows:
 single copy standing order (-20%)
individuals fl. 30.- fl. 24.-
institutions fl. 37.50 fl. 30.-

Orders must be prepaid, An invoice will be included in
the shipment. We will not ship any copies unless the full
required amount has been paid. In case of a standing
order, the next copy will be invoiced with each shipment.
Payment must be made in Dutch currency, preferably by
Eurocard/ Master/ Access. Payment by bank or giro is
possible, but costly from outside of Holland. The mode of
payment must be specified on the order form. In case of
payment from abroad by bank, cheque or international
money order, an additional charge of fl. 17.50 (excl.
17.5% V.A.T.) will be added. Orders can be placed by fax,
regular mail, or e-mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept
orders by phone.
