PRESENTATION OF PAPERS AND ABSTRACTS Participants wishing to read papers (of a maximum duration of 25 minutes) are requested to send the Coordinator by November 15th, 1994, two copies of a camera-ready printout, according to the following Outlines: Format: A4, 2,5cm margin on each side, type size 11pt. header 1 (centered): name, affiliation and country header 2 (centered): title empty space of one line text The decision on the acceptance of a paper will be made by the International Committee. You will be informed of acceptance by the end of December. As there is no "official" language of the congress, papers may be delivered in any language preferred by the reader (However, experience of the colloquium in Jerusalem has shown that English, French, Spanish, and German are at least understood by a sufficient number of members; of course, the same also applies to Italian.). WORKSHOPS AND ROUND TABLES We have received a variety of topics as proposals for round tables. They are planned and moderated by the organizers listed below. VENUES The lectures and round tables will take place on the campus of the Catholic University of Eichstatt. Lunch and snacks are available at the university's canteen and caferteria. Restaurants and coffee shops are only a short distance away. How to get to Eichstatt 1. by car: from the north: Motorway (A7) Nurnberg to Munchen, Exit Altmuhltal from the south: Motorway (A7) Munchen to Nurnberg, Exit Ingolstadt Nord 2. by train: from Munchen or Nurnberg (approx. 60-70 minutes) 3. by plane: via Munich Airport or Nuremberg Airport. ACCOMMODATION AND RESERVATIONS Following types of rooms are available: 1. Inns: single room, breakfast included DM 50 - DM 65. 2. Hotels: single room, breakfast included DM 85 - DM 90. 3. Holiday flat for 2-4 persons, self catering DM 50 - DM 90. 4. Room with shared shower/WC (only a limited amount of rooms available, preferably for younger participants) DM 34. POST-COLLOQUIUM-EXCURSION If sufficient participants are interested a one-day excursion on Saturday, April 29 can be organized. Two possible options can be offered: 1. Bavarian castles and Allgauer Alps 2. Romantic towns in Franconia (Wurzburg, Rotenburg o.d.T., etc.) Please state on your registration form whether you are interested in one of these excursions.
