Dear all,

You may recall that I posted a query some months ago for information
regarding Multiple Regression and its use in data analysis in the
social sciences...Well, sorry it has taken me so long, but here is a
very brief summary of the info that I received...

Publications suggested were:

Tabachnick & Fidell's _Using Multivariate Statistics_.....

Cohen & Cohen's _Applied Multiple Regression / Correlation analysis
for the Behavioural Sciences_.....

Kerlinger's _ Foundations of Behavioural Research_....

One publication that I came across myself and found particuarlly
useful was:

Williams, F. _Reasoning with Statistics: How to read Quantitative
Research_ 1991, 4th ed. Harcourt Brace Javonich college publishers.
