letztes oder vorletztes Jahr einen Sonderband Linguistische Berichte ueber
Dialektsyntax, ich glaube ediert von Abraham, vielleicht ist da was drin.

I'm afraid I can't give you any detailed references to theoretical work in
dialectology. You might have a look at the references in Beate Henn (1983):
Syntaktische Eigenschaften deutscher Dialekte. Ueberblick and
Forschungsbericht" in the Handbuecher zur Sprach- und
Kommunikationswissenschaft 'Dialektologie' 1.2., ed.by Werner Besch et al.,
Berlin / New York, though. The dialect grammars cited there generally offer
some information on relatives in the pronoun chapter, e.g.:

Schobinger, Viktor (1984): Zuerichdeutsche Grammatik. Zuerich. p. 56: "Fuer
alle Faelle und alle Geschlechter gibt es nur die eine Form *wo* (vor Vokal
*won*)." with lots of examples of complete constructions.
quite instructive on variants of constructions is Ludwig Merkle (1990):
Bairische Grammatik. 4th ed. Muenchen. p. 148f.: on parataxis, *wo* vs. *dea
wo* etc.

for some background reading. Lehmann discusses the different types of
relative clauses found across languages, and provides quite a number of
German examples as well.

dem titel _funktional-kommunikative sprachbeschreibung_. unter eben diesem
titel gibt es eine monographie (leipzig: bibliographisches institut,1982).
ein kapitel ist zur muendlichen kommunikation. (untersucht wurden oft
spontane diskussionen in radio und fernsehen). es gab eine
nachfolgepublikation: kommunikationsbefaehigung (leipzig: bibliographisches
institut, 1985?). gesprochene sprache wurde innerhalb dieses ansatzes (fks),
