Who knows/has a sophisticated text comparison program/algorythm ` la docucomp (preferably Borland C source). If it is your own program, please mention the price. (Sorry for cross-posting this...) Is there a mailing-list somewhere that is concerned with acoustics generally? If not, it might be a very good idea to create one. JASA might serve as a general guideline for such a mailing-list. For example, it might be helpful to have a general medium in which every acoustical subject can be discussed while being subdivided into categories. The multi-disciplinary nature of acoustic research could thus be the basis for interesting discussions.
