Dear fellow Linguists Some time ago, I posted a query about "References on the Pragmatics of Cohesion". I have recieved two responses so far: Bert Peeters (Bert.PeetersMail to author|Respond to list|Read more issues|LINGUIST home page|Top of issuemodlang.utas.edu.au) and Lynne Hewit (leh5
psu.edu). I would like to thank them both here for their information and time. I have also done so individually before. My special thanks once again goes to Dr. Peeters, who has been so kind to send me an offprint of his valuable recent review article, "The things we do to make things make sense". I am posting a general bibliography, which is based on the references given by the above mentioned linguists as well as on my own bibliographic information. I hope it will be helpful for those linguists who are interested in this area. 1. Peeters, Bert (1994), "The things we do to make things make sense", PRAGMATICS AND COGNITION, 2(2), 357-380. 2.
