Useful Resources, Lesson Plans, and Teaching Materials for Teachers We have compiled: "Useful Resources, Lesson Plans, and Teaching Materials for Teachers" (URL : http://www.ling.lancs.ac.uk/staff/visitors/kenji/teacher.htm) This web resource has seven sections: resources, lesson plans, teaching materials, student projects, reference materials for lessons, computer assisted language learning (CALL), and papers, articles, essays for teachers. Resources has information on studying in the United States, ESL/EFL resources, and some miscellaneous information. Lesson plans includes plans mainly for ESL/EFL lessons, but there are also other lesson plans, which might be useful for TESL/TEFL. Teaching materials has materials teachers can use in their classes. Student projects includes projects by students who studied English using e-mail and the World Wide Web. Reference materials for lessons has links which provides information for lessons, though they are not necessarily things teachers can use directly in their classes as teaching materials. CALL is the section for teachers who are interested in using computers for instruction. We have also compiled papers, articles, and essays available on the Internet, which might be useful for ESL/EFL teachers. **************************************************************** * * * Dr. Kenji Kitao E-mail k.kitaoMail to author|Respond to list|Read more issues|LINGUIST home page|Top of issuelancaster.ac.uk * * Dept. of Linguistics Work Fax 01524-843085 * * Lancaster University Work Phone 01524-65201 Ext. 3045 * * Lancaster LA1 4YT UK Hone Phone 01524-65201 Ext. 2335 * * URL: http://www.ling.lancs.ac.uk/staff/visitors/kenji/ * * * ****************************************************************
