 International Telecommunication Conference on
 Intellectual Property Protection, Privacy and Human Rights 96 (IPPPHR96)
 September-December, 1996

This is the first worldwide computer telecommuniation conference this year,
sponsored by the LMH International. It lasts four month, September-December,
1996. The conference will discuss important issues that concerns intellects,
including Intellectual Property Protection, Privacy and Human Rights, via
e-mailing.

We will report and discuss the responses from the governments of the United
States of America relating to these issues.

The 10th International Conference on English Historical Linguistics
will be held in Manchester in August 1998.

Our preferred dates - still provisional - are:

Friday 21 August to either Tuesday 25 or Wednesday 26 August 1998.
