We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

Dear listmembers,
there is an IPA-symbol 'B' which is meant to render a bilabial trill.
Does anyone of you know a language in which this sound is used in
regular words apart from onomatopoetic expressions?

Hi, everybody.
I'm looking for a translator program which works on-line.
It works with windows 95 and translates text from english into
portuguese. If someone knows anything about it, please, let me know.
Thank you very much.
