Professor Jean Aitchison (Oxford) is giving the 1996 Reith Lectures on
BBC Radio 4. The title of the series of five 30-minute talks is `The
Language Web'. They are to be broadcast on Tuesdays, 8.30pm-9.00pm
starting Tuesday 6 February.
