L'Accademia Europea e' un istituto di ricerca e formazione con sede a
Bolzano che opera in alcuni settori di interesse sia locale che
sovraregionale.


Cerchiamo un/una

direttore/direttrice
per l'area scientifica
"Lingua e diritto"


che subentri al Prof. Reiner Arntz nel coordinamento del team di
ricercatori. L'area scientifica "Lingua e diritto" svolge attivita'
di ricerca applicata

ed interdisciplinare nonche' di formazione postuniversitaria nei
settori della terminologia, dei linguaggi specialistici (ricerca e
didattica) e della linguistica dei testi giuridici. A questo proposito
riveste un'importanza fondamentale lo status bilingue dell'Alto Adige:
ad un unico ordinamento giuridico, quello italiano, fanno infatti
riferimento sia testi nella lingua nazionale che testi in tedesco.

Compiti principali:
partecipazione alla definizione dei contenuti della ricerca e
all'ulteriore sviluppo dell'area scientifica;
coordinamento di progetti operativi incentrati sulle tematiche
dell'area;
ricerca scientifica in questi stessi ambiti tematici.

Requisiti richiesti:
titolo di professore universitario o corrispondente qualifica;
formazione universitaria in lettere, lingue o traduzione con
specializzazione e qualifiche nell'ambito della ricerca dei linguaggi
specialistici e in terminografia e/o in linguistica testuale; si
richiedono anche conoscenze di diritto;
ottima conoscenza sia scritta che orale dell'italiano, del tedesco e
dell'inglese, per l'indirizzo europeo dell'istituto e la particolare
situazione linguistica dell'Alto Adige.

An der Europaeischen Akademie Bozen f=FCr angewandte Forschung und
Fortbildung ist im Fachbereich "Sprache und Recht" die Stelle

Wissenschaftliche(r) Leiter(in)
(Nachfolge Prof. Dr. R. Arntz)

zu besetzen.

Der Fachbereich "Sprache und Recht" betreibt anwendungsorientierte
interdisziplinaere Forschung sowie Fortbildung in den Bereichen
Terminologie, Fachsprache und Rechtstextlinguistik. Ein
Arbeitsschwerpunkt ist die Situation des zweisprachigen S=FCdtirol im
Rahmen der italienischen Rechtsordnung.

Der/die kuenftige Stelleninhaber/in soll die wissenschaftliche Leitung
des
Fachbereichs (Koordination der verschiedenen Forschungs- und
Projektarbeiten) sowie den weiteren Auf- und Ausbau uebernehmen. Von
dem/der wissenschaftlichen Leiter/in wird erwartet, dass er/sie zu
interdisziplin=E4rem Arbeiten (insbesondere mit Juristen) bereit ist.

Bewerben sollten sich Sprachwissenschaftler mit Qualifikation in den
Bereichen Fachsprachenforschung sowie Terminographie und/oder
Textlinguistik, die ueber Kenntnisse in den Grundlagen des Rechts
verfuegen;

Voraussetzung ist die Habilitation oder eine gleichwertige
wissenschaftliche

Leistung im Bereich Angewandte Sprachwissenschaften.

Wegen der europaeischen Ausrichtung des Instituts und der besonderen
sprachlichen Situation Suedtirols sind Deutsch-, Italienisch- und
Englischkenntnisse Voraussetzung.

Canon Research Centre Europe is looking for new recruits for its
natural language group. We are looking for people who will fit well
into the group on a permanent basis. Creativity and innovative work
are encouraged.

Applicants should have skills in one or more of the following areas:

 Computational linguistics
 Large-scale corpus analysis
 Statistical methods

Our work ranges from long-term basic research to solving specific
problems quickly, and from interactive spoken dialogue systems to
large-scale text translation. We are currently embarking on embedding
our natural language software in realistic hardware platforms.
Skills/expertise relevant to this area would be useful.
