First Update of On-Line Resources for ELT and Linguistics

We made an announcement of the above resource, and many
people showed interest.

In order to make this resource more valuable, we have made several
changes. We have updated Chapter III. (lists of mailing l
http://www.lancs.ac.uk/staff/kitao/onlin.htm ists) and V. Useful
World Wide Web (WWW) Sites. We increased the amount of
information in those chapters by more than fifty percent.

We added three new sections 19. Communication, 20. Teaching
English in Japan, and 21. Commercial Places (Publishers,
Distributors, Software Developers, etc.) in Chapter V.
