Some time ago, I requested information on programs that would allow a student to work on Applied Linguistics and Italian. My thanks to those who replied: Tom Cravens, Gary Coen, Mari Olsen, Cristina Sanz, Suzanne Hilgen, and Sonia Colina. The most recommended program was at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The University of Texas at Austin and Georgetown University also offer that possibility.
