Call for Participation to NLPRS'97 Satellite Workshops ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Workshop on Information Retrieval Workshop on Multilingual Information Processing Monday, December 1, 1997 in conjunction with 4th Natural Language Processing Pacific Rim Symposium 1997 (NLPRS'97) December 2-4, 1997 Cape Panwa Hotel, Phuket, Thailand http://www.links.nectec.or.th/NLPRS/nlprs.html Two workshops will merge after dinner, as a joint workshop on multilingual information retrieval and summarization. Participants of either of the two workshops are invited to this joint workshop. This workshop will offer an international forum for discussing this subject to stimulate interchage of various ideas and state-of-the-art research results in order to looking for a little bit clearer image of future interaction of NLP and IR.
