The English Department of the University of Washington is seeking applicants for a position in English Language Studies at the Assistant Professor rank. Ph.D. is required by the date of appointment; demonstrated excellence in teaching. Areas of English language study: discourse analysis, stylistics, historical linguistics, language acquisition and pedagogy. We want an English conversation instructor to teach in Korea for one or two years. He or she must be a native speaker of English. The name of our school is Daelim College of Technology in Anyang near Seoul. The payment will be $2,300(2,300,000 Won in Korean dollar) a month. It includes all the expense of housing in Korea.
