ABSTRACTS DUE FEBRUARY 17th 13th Comparative Germanic Syntax Workshop 1997 LSA Linguistic Institute Cornell University July 18-20, 1997 The 13th meeting of the Comparative Germanic Syntax Workshop will be held at the 1997 LSA Linguistic Institute at Cornell University on July 18-20, 1997. Abstracts are solicited for 40-minute presentations (followed by 15 minutes of discussion) which address topics in the comparative syntax of the Germanic languages. To submit, send FIVE (5) copies of your abstract. Abstracts should not exceed 2 pages in length (single-spaced; minimum 12 pt. font), including all examples, diagrams, and references. Please include a 3x5 card with (i) the title of your abstract, (ii) your name and affiliation, (iii) your address, e-mail address, phone and FAX numbers. Due to holidays, bad weather, and other such things, the deadline has been EXTENDED: Abstracts should be received at the address below by FEBRUARY 17th, 1997.
