As in past years, a poetry-reading will be held during the LSA meeting in
New York in January. The event has been scheduled for Saturday evening,
January 10th (the 111th anniversary of the birth of Robinson Jeffers and
the 28th anniversary of the death of Charles Olson). All linguist-poets
and poet-linguists as well as aficionados of poetry are invited to
participate as speakers and/or hearers. Precise information as to time and
place will be made available at the meeting.
