The flying time from Athens to Mytilene is 35 minutes and there are four flights daily. If you stop in Athens, you may also take the boat to the island. There are boats daily and the trip takes 10-11 hours approximately. In case that you decide to take the boat, you have to make your own arrangements to buy the tickets.
