national Research Ministery, located in Lisbon, Portugal.

The University of Neuchatel (Switzerland) invites applications for the
position of Chair of Linguistics (half time). Duties include four
hours of teaching per week, examinations, administrative
responsibilities, supervision of theses and doctoral dissertations.
	Requirements: PhD or equivalent, substantial publications in
English linguistics, teaching experience, working knowledge of
French. In addition to having an established record of original
research, the candidate must be capable and willing to teach English
linguistics in all of its aspects.
	Salary range: SF 69,980-79,332 depending on experience and
