I am a PhD student at Essex University and I am interested
in investigating the production of passive and binding
constructions in children. I would therefore be grateful
for any references to work that has carried out experiments
to elicit such constructions.

Please reply to smsheressex.ac.uk

Many thanks

Subject: Looking for Venda speakers

Dear Linguists,

I am looking for Venda (Tshivenda) speakers for my research on deixis. I
have worked with a student at Nebraska, however, I still need some more
speakers. I will have a interview with a consultant at his/her place. One
session lasts for two hours and two to three sessions are expected. If you
know someone whose mother tongue is Venda and is currently staying in the
US, could you refer me to the person. He/she can contact me either by
e-mail or phone, but e-mail is preferred. Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,
