Caere Corporation is looking for a senior computational linguist to
work on its intelligent document management products. In particular,
Caere seeks an individual to help develop intelligent text processing
methods to improve retrieving, manipulating, and organizing large
numbers of documents. Experience in programming statistically
oriented text processing or text parsing techniques and C or C++
programming skills are required. Additional knowledge of
indexing/retrieval technology and document collection navigation
techniques will be considered a definite plus. Candidates with a
Ph.D. in computer science or linguistics and 3+ years work experience
are preferred.
