Job Description: The Division of Spanish and Portuguese Studies at the University of
Washington seeks a full-time lecturer in Spanish to teach upper division
Spanish linguistics courses and Spanish language courses at all levels.
Responsibilities include an annual teaching load of seven courses
spread over three academic quarters plus some departmental service.
Three year renewable appointment, to begin autumn 2013. Non-tenure
eligible.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Spanish Linguistics and/or Second
Language Acquisition or equivalent. Native or near-native fluency in
Spanish and demonstrated excellence in Spanish language instruction
at all levels required
