My Work (at the LINGUIST List):
-
LL-MAP is Language and Location a Map Annotation Project. It is in its third and final year
of the grant from NSF that allows us to work with such interesting technologies such as:
ESRI's Arc Suite including ArcMap, ArcIMS and ArcSDE. This project has truely made my work at The LINGUIST
List fun and exciting.
-
The 2007 Fund Drive at The LINGUIST List was an exciting and stressful way to get my feet wet here at LINGUIST.
Fund Drive was a way that I could express myself as a web designer and as a programmer together for the first time.
-
The 2008 Fund Drive was a much smoother project to work on than the 2007 Fund Drive.
Creating a simple template for the site proved to be the only programming Involvement that I had;
while the rest of the LINGUIST crew pulled the site together without help from a programmer.
-
My hometown tour was a fun project to work on here at The LINGUIST List.
I was able to show off my skills in creating interactive map interfaces
with the Google Maps API, while teaching people about my hometown in Canton Michigan.
