Notice: Dear Colleagues,

My name is Alfred Griffin and I seeking advice and review of a language
learner survey. The survey is to be administered on a weekly basis for
50-52 weeks to document a student’s progress in learning a language.

It would be greatly appreciated if a colleague or two were to review the
survey and provide feedback.

Review and comments prior to February 6, 2009, would be most appreciated.
