I coordinate an undergrad program for students in linguistics whose senior capstone is to conduct an original research project (each IRB approved) and write a journal-quality article on it. Some of these projects are quite good, such as a phonological comparison of two related minority languages from Thailand. The projects vary from description of non-western languages to interlanguage studies with immigrants. Are there working paper sites or journals for undergrads in linguistics to post or publish their work?
