Notice: Hello,

I am considering the development of a venture that would develop english teaching softwares for children as a second language. I am wondering if it would be feasible to design a software that could be used by any children whatever his first language. Would you think it is feasible? Would you know where I could find expertise on this subject?
Kindest regards,
