I'm planning a sociolinguistics research project concerning Sao Tome and
Cape Verde and I'm looking for initial contacts in these regions. I intend to focus on language policy/planning and language in education. I would be interested in hearing from anyone from ST or CV who works in the field of education, or anyone in a university department elsewhere with links with institutions in these regions.
