Notice:	Hello, I am an Italian student who just got a one-year scholarship grant with Stuttgart University, starting in October. I am in need of a room, possibly already furnished, for at least six months. My price range is between 250-400 Euros, and I'm looking for a house as close to my university (in Keplerstrasse 17) as possible.
