I am a gay male graduate student linguist working in Berkeley this summer. I am interested in subletting to one clean and relatively quiet person. No smoking and no pets. Ideal for LSA participants with a car who are willing to commute (45 min) to Stanford.
The room is furnished with a full-size bed and a desk. It is relatively spacious, approximately 15 x 15 feet.
The apartment features the following:
*Large living room with fireplace
*Large pantry with free washer/dryer
*Storage space in pantry and front closet
*Hardwood floors
Close to shopping and major bus-lines (52L, 72, 43, 9). Fifteen minute ride to UC Berkeley campus. Free parking is available right on the street.
