Notice:
Over two decades I have studied the origin and development of aviation terms in some languages, esp. in English. Now I have published the book on the these terms on the Internet; the site is

http://personal.inet.fi/private/keijo.viljanen/

The title of the book is "Wing, Aile, Flügel" and it consists of 768 pages (A4), some of them theoretical but most of them of practical approach. I'd like to contact with linguists or aeronautical enthusiasts to learn their opinions especially the early terms of aviation which in my view are the most interesting part the book.

Yours truly
Keijo Viljanen (Finland)
