My name is Xiyan Wang. I am from Qingdao China, which is on the ocean and known for its beautiful beaches, great seafood and yes.. A huge brewery.
I came to the U.S to study linguistics here at EMU. My areas of interest are: applied Linguistics and second language acquisition.
In China I taught English to college level students. I like teaching. It's a challenging, engaging and very rewarding.
My other interests include: cooking, shopping, yoga and exercise.
At LL I am an editor and work in the LL-map team. I edit the linguist profiles, review submitted dissertations and papers.
