Title: Kitawa Oral Poetry: An Example from Melanesia

The volume is a collection of poetical texts, performed in the languages spoken in the Kula Ring (Massim Culture). The texts - recorded from oral sources during several field researches - had been transcribed, translated into English (word by word and free translation) and, then, annoted. A lexicon as well as the list of concordancy and frequency of the words, occurred in the text's, complete the volume.
