FASL volume 13 consists of revised versions of presentations at the thirteenth annual meeting of Formal Approaches to Slavic Linguistics, which took place February 27-29, 2004, at the University of South Carolina at Columbia. FASL 13 was organized with the sponsorship and support of the Linguistics Program at University of South Carolina at Columbia.
