The principle idea in this thesis is this: the people who used to live in very insufficient environmental circumtances in Turkey, are faced with the problems of integration and language as soon as they come to Vorarlberg, having their former problems in this country as well. Consequently, they do not learn the language sufficiently. The main causes for this problem are the insufficient social, economic and cultural circumtances in which these people live. The spontaneous solution to these problems of integration and language is possible abong with the improvement of these insufficiencies which are put forward in this study.
