Dear Linguists, I will be teaching a new course, Language of the Law, and would very much appreciate your help. Could you please recommend an up-to-date textbook? If that is not possible, do you know of any recent studies relevant to this topic? Since I will be sort of team-teaching this course with lawyers, I would need a text that includes recent studies on the language of Cyberlaw.
