The Structural Design of Language

Query Subject:   Phoneticly Organized Dictionary

Query:   I am currently trying to set up an auditory lexical decision task and need
to construct a list of stimuli taking onset phoneme and uniqueness points
into account. Is anyone aware of a dictionary organised purely on phonetic
criteria rather than a pronouncing dictionary which lists words
orthographically?

Many thanks for any help anyone can give me.
