The Structural Design of Language

By Thomas S. Stroik, Michael T. Putnam

Query:   In an effort to collect phoneme frequencies in standard Italian, I'm now
looking for any type of transcribed (phonetically) Italian corpus to run
some scripts on. Does anyone out there know of such a corpus? I'd of
course prefer something that is either free or inexpensive.

Thanks in advance - I'll post a summary of responses and will eventually
publish the frequencies.
