In my PhD research I do discourse analysis on conversations of multi
functional project teams managing change projects. Amongst others I am using speech acts. Does anyone know if there is a rubric for speech acts (e.g. low/weak, medium/neutral, and high/strong assertives)? thanks in advance for your guidance kind regards, Jos Pieterse Lectures/researcher |
