- Let's Talk Cheyenne: An Audio Cassette Course, by Ted Risingsun and Wayne Leman, is available for $15 (plus $2 postage) from Cheyenne Translation Program, P.O. Box 50, Busby, MT 59016. The course consists of two C-60 tapes in a tape album and an accompanying booklet with tape transcriptions and other information about Cheyenne language learning. Other Cheyenne language materials are also available from the same address (an order form is available on request). This short language course is dedicated to the memory of Cheyenne language teacher Josephine Stands In Timber Glenmore [see the obituary in the Jan. 1991 issue of the SSILA Newsletter], with whom linguist Leman worked closely for 10 years.
