Program Description:	The aim of this project is to create generally accessible and high quality portal on military terminology, unification and standardization of military, politico-military and military technical terms. All necessary information about the term (translation, explanation, photo and video materials) is represented on portal. Users will be able to not only use rapidly increasing term base but also simultaneously take active part in its enlargement and improvement by adding missing information. The project assumes not only creation of multilanguage terminological database of military terms, but also creation of electronic library of modern military texts (regulations, letter orders, conceptions, doctrines etc.) in different languages. This project is noncommercial and implemented by the group of enthusiasts on a voluntary basis. Materials appearing on site are accessible for copying without restrictions. But all the materials are the subject matter of copyright, thus reprinting for the purpose of profit is assumed only with consent of the author.
