Program Description:

The MPhil program in Linguistics is a 2-year program for students who already hold a BA in Linguistics or in a modern language. The program starts in September 2003. Please check our website for admission requirements. The program is closely connected to the research group ''Architecture of the Human Language Faculty'' and the researchers of this group are the teachers in the program. Teachers (among othes) are: Geert Booij, Lachlan Mackenzie, Theo Janssen, Mike Hannay, Wilbert Spooren, Monika Schmid, Peter Jordens, Gerard Steen, Lourens de Vries and Leo Wetzels. The students will follow courses, give presentations, write papers and write a Master thesis, during these 2 years. Please check our website and find out what courses we are currently offering!

Available Financial Aid:

Foreign students can apply for a scholarship of 5000 euro per annum. The admission board (see our website) will divide the scholarships
