Chinese Shrimp Toast

Bread (preferably old)
8 cilantro leaves
Oil for deep fry

Shrimp Paste:
1/2 lb raw shrimp
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cooking wine
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 egg white

Cooking Instructions

1. Shell and devein shrimp. Mince shrimp.
2. Mix all shrimp paste ingredients.
3. Place appropriate amount of shrimp paste on small toast (approx. 5 x 5cm).
4. Bread toast with cornstarch.
5. Heat oil to 350°F. Deep fry for 45 sec or till golden.
