Story behind this recipe

This is a traditional Chinese dessert which is very easy yet delicious.


Several red tomatoes
1/2 cup of sugar
Several lovely plates

Wash and cut each tomatoes into several slices which still link to the bottom part, just like a flower in blossom.

Put 1/2 spoon of sugar between each of two slices, and then close these slices, making it look like an orange without its skin.

About 15-20 minutes later, you will be surprised to find
the sugar has melt with the tomato juice, and turn the
common tomato into the kind of special Honey Tomato! Very
great taste, and good to health.
