Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

2 sticks margarine
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz semi-sweet morsels
1 lb box powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

Cooking Instructions

In a large saucepan, melt margarine, peanut butter and semi-sweet morsels over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Dump in the entire box of powdered sugar, and stir till dissolved. Transfer into ungreased 9x9 baking pan, and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate till firm, about 30 minutes.
