2 sticks margarine
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar

Cooking Instructions

Melt margarine over low heat. While it's melting, in a large mixing bowl, stir together flour and sugar. Add melted margarine and stir till smooth. Transfer to ungreased 9x9 baking pan, and bake for 40 minutes at 250 degrees. Turn the oven off, and remove the pan. Cut into fingers, two by eight, and sprinkle with sugar. Put the pan back into the oven, and leave it there while the oven cools off. You should leave it there at least twenty minutes, but can leave it overnight if necessary.
